This module is relevant for students who wish to learn about the practical aspects of introducing, implementing and administering a share plan. It will explain the role of advisors and consultants, the services provided by administrators and trustees and the detail of operating a plan. |
Learning outcomes |
On the successful completion of this module, the student should be able to: |
1 | understand the factors which influence the drafting of trust deeds and plan rules which constitute a share plan |
2 | appreciate the roles of the advisers, administrators and Inland Revenue in preparing the documents to implement a share plan |
3 | follow the process from drafting through to implementation and systems development |
4 | understand and evaluate the impact of legislative changes, technical updates and corporate events on computer systems |
5 | explain the role of communications in launching a plan |
